BCECE Counselling Process - Detailed Steps
Step 1: Online Registration for Counselling
- Visit the official BCECE counselling website
- Login using your BCECE rank and registration number
- Create counselling login credentials
- Pay the counselling registration fee online
- Verify your personal and academic details
Step 2: Choice Filling
This is the most crucial step in the counselling process:
- Browse available colleges and courses
- Select your preferred combinations of college + course
- You can fill multiple choices (up to 50-100 options)
- Arrange choices in order of your preference
- Lock your choices before the deadline
- You can modify choices until the deadline (but cannot after locking)

Step 3: Merit List Publication
After choice filling, BCECE Board publishes merit lists:
- Category-wise Merit List: Separate lists for General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS
- State Merit List: Overall ranking of all candidates

Step 4: Seat Allotment
Seats are allotted based on:
